OD SPECIALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Design and deliver OD strategies, processes, policies, forms, and interventions
Contribute to the design and development of a strategic workforce planning and assessment, that optimize the organization’s talent, structure, process, and culture.
Develop job evaluation, grading and job descriptions methodology.
Responsible for HRIS; including the development of HR reports, dashboards, turnover reports
Ensure design career management framework.
Establish, develop and maintain the organization chart and all of HR policies, procedures, and process .
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’ degree in relevant discipline.
2/3 years of experience in the organizational development department.
Very good in English and excellent MSO skills.
