AP ACCOUNTANT

For food manufacturing company in #Alexandria Al Amreya is hiring #AP accountant
Job Description:
– Review and verify employees’ claims and petty cash invoices & ensure they comply with their relevant expenses.
– Charges expenses to accounts and cost centres by analyzing invoice/PO.
– Responding to all employees’ inquiries regarding finance and expenses
– Ensure that necessary expenses nature description incurred on behalf of the Company while conducting Company business.
– Process accounts payable manual transactions for proper coding and approvals.
– Keep a well-organized and updated labeled filing for documentation of all accounts payable transactions including suppliers, employees & others.
– Assist with month and year-end closings.
– Prepare Monthly Reporting.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in in Accounting
– 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable
– Experience in excel.
