Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-At least 3 years of experience in IT Technical Support or a similar role.
-Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and other software and hardware systems.
-Good knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies (vSphere & vCenter, etc.).
-Good knowledge of Storage systems “EMC Unity, Data Domain, and NAS Storage.
-Experience with network administration and monitoring tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Advances in Network principles, including experience with Routers, Switches, and/or Firewalls as well as solid experience with routing protocols, IP addressing (Submitting), and general LAN/WAN principles including TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP).
-MCSE Certification is a Must.
-Experienced with Voice and VoIP systems.
