Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree with a master’s degree in a related field.
– 3- 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry is preferred .
– Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
– Strong skills in designing, developing and delivering training programs .
– Proficiency in MS Office and in database software .
