Customer Service Representative

*Requirements:
·Good in English (both written and verbal).
·Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written skills.
·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
·Familiarity with basic computer software and online platforms.
·0-2 years’ experience in customer service field.
·Bachelor’s degree.
·Have professional experience working on Windows applications / Microsoft Office /Internet.

*Work Conditions:
·5 working days, with 2 days off on a rotational basis.
·9 working hours per day with a 1-hour break.
·Shifts: Rotational for males & females maximum 10 PM

Location: Zamalek.
