Technical support for PC-Link Cairo

For immediate hiring we are needed: 
- Technical support
• MCSE, MCSA or CCNA are preferred.
• Very good knowledge of MS infrastructure (Active directory, DNS, DHCP).
• Remote support of technical issues via telephone and/or with remote support software.
• Assist users in resolving technical PC and network problems.
Job Details
Experience Needed:1 To 3 Years Maximum age 30
Education Level: bachelor’s degree
Good English level and MS office skills
Cairo and Giza residents only
Salary: Fixed salary, Commission, and Incentives
Working hours are from: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Days Off: Friday and Saturday.
