SYSTEM ADMIN

Americana group has a job opening and looking for a System Admin
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
Manage user accounts, credentials, permissions, access rights, storage allocations, and active directory administration.
troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
Working on IT Infrastructure Security Assessments and Penetration Tests, mitigating all findings, and doing the required patching and configuration changes.
Lunix Experience is a must
Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely
Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system
Manage and maintain the backup systems. (Rubrik Backup is Must )
Provide reports on job success/failure.
Analyze backup software performance and monitoring of scheduled backups to ensure success or take remedial action for failures
Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience
Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl, or other language
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
Excellent communication skills
Strong experience in enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam, Rubrik
Strong expertise in Windows AD Services and Office 356
Good knowledge of Hyper-V, VMware, and Oracle OLVM Hypervisor
Experience using PowerShell and shell scripting language
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Experience managing 24 /7 critical system
Able to work with technicians from various engineering disciplines to troubleshoot complex system-level issues
