Job Summary:
Manage all restaurant activities and ensure compliance with all company standards to increase all sales of labor costs and prepare various reports accurately and within the timeframe.

Duties:
· Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
· Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions.
· Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory.
· Manage restaurant supplies.
· Control costs and minimize waste.
· Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales.
· Plan and develop guest loyalty programs.
· Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
· Nurture a positive working environment.
· Ensure compliance with all security procedures and design strategies to protect all employees and customers.
· Participate in local food events.

Job Specifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field
· 5+ years of experience in a similar role
· Extensive food & beverage knowledge
· Familiarity with restaurant management software
· Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
· Good financial management skills
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
