GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

ABC-Hospital is hiring a (General Accountant )
Location: Mohandseen.

Job Description:

-Monitor and direct month-end closing procedures.
-Reviews journal entries, log data into spreadsheets and perform monthly AP Close as well as year end AP Close.
-Tracks the rate of success of the entire process and continues to make adjustments when necessary and to provide the necessary decision list.
-Collect and analysis data related to supply chain cost to improving supply chain cost which contributes in the decision list.
-Support supplier meetings and negotiations to challenge quotation prices and aim for cost reductions to meet target costs.
-Lead and/or assist in special projects as determined by Accounting Manager.
-Deal with vendors and offices to resolve any issues with unpaid invoices, solving problems daily.
-Register all invoices, Taxes And payments using the proper modules.

Requirement:
-Bachelor degree in accounting.
– Experience at least 1-2 years (preferred in hospitals)
– Excellent user of Microsoft excel.
-Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting method.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Ability to problem solve and make sound operational decisions.
