We are hiring HR Generalistwill be an integral part of our HR team, responsible for a wide range of HR functions,
- including recruitment, payroll management, and development planning.
We are seeking a dynamic individual who can effectively handle these key areas and contribute to the overall growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:You will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. From sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing the entire recruitment process, you will be instrumental in ensuring we hire the best candidates who align with our company values and goals.
Payroll Management:Accurate and timely payroll processing is crucial for maintaining employee satisfaction and ensuring compliance. As an HR generalist, you will oversee payroll administration, including calculating salaries, managing deductions, and ensuring adherence to payroll regulations and policies.
Development Planning:In collaboration with management, you will assist in creating and implementing employee development plans. This involves conducting performance assessments, identifying training needs, and recommending programs to enhance the skills and competencies of our workforce.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, payroll, and development planning. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with diverse stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and precision in all HR-related activities.
