RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Required for an international company *#senior Recruitment Specialist *
Job Description
– Effectively manage the candidate process including Job ads posting, CVs screening, assessments, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and follow-up on offer and acceptance
– Review, update, and suggest enhancements to recruitment policies/ practices and methodologies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment program
– Responsible for Employee referrals program, follow-up, and payment
Main Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree.
-Min 5 years experience in HR.
-4+ years of offshore experience is a MUST
-Fluent English is a MUST
-Previous experience in a call center.
work conditions:
-Mon to Fri + Sat & Sun are OFF
-Working Hours Starts From 1 PM to 9 AM
-Work location: Ard El Golf.
