PRODUCT MANAGER

Kasrawy Group for Automotive hiring the following position:
Product Manager
Main Responsibilities:
-Provide product strategic direction to ensure profitable growth; contribute towards global sales strategies within automotive applications.
-Present product ideas and proposals to the team following established approval processes.
-Build business cases for product platforms.
-Initiate and coordinate platform development programs in cooperation with sales and applications specialists and in alignment with R&D.
-Manage product platforms over their entire lifecycle.
-Where applicable, create sales tools, product value proposition material, product roadmaps, define target pricing and conduct technical workshops together with application specialists.
-Direct research and data analysis efforts to identify customer needs and improve the lead quality, user satisfaction and ultimately grow revenue.
-Developing accurate pricing strategies against competitors.
-Maintaining accurate application details for a large catalogue database, whilst providing technical information for all stakeholders.
-Developing ranges within brand guidelines.
-Providing regular and updated communication for all stakeholders around new product releases and technical strategy.
-Technical support and providing first level customer and sales assistance around products.
-Working with the commercial team to provide detailed product offering to markets.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
-10-12 years of experience – with a background in automotive products.
-Experience in identification of vehicle components.
-Effective planning, goal setting and leading management.
-Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
-A strong background in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
