Position Title: Business Development Administration Assistant
Reports To: Business Development Manager
Location: Egypt

Responsibilities
In charge of all the filing system according to ISO requirements (hard copy and soft copy) for all the BD Department: letters (incoming / outgoing), proposals and opportunities, Purchase Requests, all other items related to the BD ; Maintain logs updated on weekly / daily basis and available to the team (letters log, PR log, Proposals log, conferences log…) ; In charge of booking BD related conferences and events in direct coordination with the organizing institutions ; In charge of all the Purchase Requests cycle related to BD (follow up on payments ; expense reports) in coordination with the Finance/Account Department ; Responsible of the Company marketing gifts and BD materials : monitor stocks, keeping records on the number, and distribution list ; Coordinate with the Administration Department for all taxi booking / drivers / UPS shipments as required ; Assist the team in the issuance of the submissions on time: compile, copy, scan, others as required ; Involved in new opportunities search ; Assist in keeping Marketing and Corporate materials updated ; Other BD related tasks and Admin duties as required.

Multitasking skills : able to deliver different urgent tasks at the same time ; Able to work under pressure ; Organized and meticulous ;
Coordination with all other Hill Departments and Hill offices.
