**Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field
– Experience 0:1 year at least.
– Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat, or email, and in a timely manner.
– Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
– Perform hardware repairs and install peripheral equipment.
– Install software on user machines and POS devices.
– Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
