Job Title: Contracts Engineer

Job Qualifications:
1-bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
2-Experience 5 years in contract management.
3-Steel structure knowledge.
4-Outstanding awareness in the following knowledge areas (Contracts Drafting, Claims and Disputes in the Construction Industry, and Standard Forms of Contracts).
5-Good negotiation skills.
6-Excellent level in English Language.

Job Responsibilities:
1-Contracts pre-awarding study and negotiation to mitigate as possible contractual risks.
2-Support the project management team in contract administration during the post-awarding stage in order to ensure that the project performance meets contractual obligations.
3-Evaluating potential contractual risks of the Projects and thereafter suggesting measures to mitigate the possible risks to the company.
4-Support in preparation, and negotiation of Claims.
5-Review variation orders.
