Role Overview
The main target of the job is to minimize losses and risk by enhancing HBEG collateral position through the following:
Handling both resigned staff & RBWM resigned customers, deceased cases in order to secure settlement of O/S facilities and/or enhance HBEG collateral position, by customer contact using telephone, mail, SMS, and interview.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare monthly reports for companies’ violations with the number of violations and the account numbers for every violation. Responsible for updating the employer codes for all the resigned customers whether to unemployed or with the new employer if a new HR letter or STL is provided in order to be reflected on every company’s delinquent report. Responsible for handling all the resigned HSBC staff in order to secure their facilities. Loans are to be rescheduled on a new annual interest rate depending on the staff’s new employer and after signing the collateral cheques. Increases of debts recoveries related to deceased and disable customers through insurance company or to be write-off Prepare MIS for Resigned & Deceased customers. Handle resigned customer complaints to resolve them in a way that safeguard HSBC image and reputation. Sending SMSs to delinquent customers Propose facilities rearrangement , reschedule & restructure if needed Amending block codes for Deceased customers on E-Café` & allocating them to the accurate collection class.
Experience & Qualifications
Product Knowledge Credit Card, Loan and Overdraft System knowledge HUB, ecafe. Basic knowledge in Legal and Statutory regulation, Legal documentation
