SENIOR OD & TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

ProTec Group for engineering services is looking for :-

Senior OD & Talent acquisition Specialist

( Female )

Job description :

1- Creates and updates Organization Charts and reflects any changes occurred such as (New Hires, Promotions, Transfers, rotations, and Resignations) and sharing with the concerned department managers.
2 – Creates & updates job analysis to identify job descriptions & job specifications.
3 – Formulating detailed job descriptions and posting them
4 – Assists in applying and monitoring the key performance indicators (KPIs) for each function within the organization.
5 – Manage the performance management system and the outstanding performance of all employees and propose the development and improvement of the system
6 – develop and retain talent retention plans
7 – Conducting phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates
8 – Interviewing candidates on the shortlist and maintaining a database on employees for future vacancies
9 – Turn Over Analysis & Exit interviews
10 – Orientation Program plan

Job Requirements :-
1 – experience in the same title from 3 : 5 years
2 – Preferred who has a Construction ( Electricity ) background
3 – Preferred HR Certificates
4 – Strong Communications & Negotiation Skills
5 – Excellent Organizational skills
6 – Proficient Ms Office
7 – V.Good researcher & analytical
