Utilities Manager
Location: 10th of Ramadan City

About the role:
As a Utility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of utility operations across our multiple industrial areas.
Your primary focus will be to lead, strategize, and optimize the utility management process.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop & implement comprehensive utility management strategies that align with our lean manufacturing principles & sustainability objectives.
– Participate in analyzing energy consumption patterns to identify areas of improvement.
– Execute efficiency initiatives to reduce waste & utility costs.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate energy management efforts into our production processes & support continuous improvement initiatives.
– Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices related to utilities and energy management.
– Conduct regular audits & performance assessments to monitor utility usage & identify opportunities for further optimization.
– Evaluate & manage third-party utility service providers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to service level agreements.
– Lead & mentor site utility teams, providing guidance, training, & support to enhance their skills and expertise.
– Implement data-driven decision-making practices, utilizing KPIs to track & report on utility performance.
– Investigate & resolve any utility-related issue, taking proactive measures to prevent future occurrences.
– Stay up to date with industry trends & technological advancements to propose innovative solutions & strategies for utility management.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be considered a plus.
– At least 15 years of proven experience in utility management within a multi-site industrial setting.
– Strong background in lean manufacturing principles and experience integrating them into utility operations.
– In-depth knowledge of energy efficiency techniques, renewable energy, & sustainable practices.
– Solid understanding of local & regional energy regulations and compliance requirements.
– Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead & motivate diverse teams.
– Excellent analytical, problem solving, & project management skills.
– Effective communication & interpersonal abilities to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
