Regional Sales Manager for Alarabia group

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
· MBA specialization (Marketing, Sales, or related field) is preferred
· Various Backgrounds in sales are welcome (Preferred in home appliances).
· 7+ Proven work experience in a managerial role as a Regional Sales Manager OR Area Manager.
· 15+ years of sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
· Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willingness to travel within the region as required.
· Owning a car is Must.
