OPERATION DIRECTOR

#Lychee Egypt now is hiring Operation Director
Main Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and optimize operations through different initiatives by collaborating with other departments to achieve business goals.
2. Manage all retail units to work on maximizing the sales and profitability.
3. Manage large teams and build mechanisms for Daily/Weekly/Monthly reviewing reports with corrective actions.
4. Develop long-term sustainable solutions to improve CS by enhancing QSC in Branches.
5. Achieve established commitment system on Cost- Quality -Service and Cleanliness.
6. Strong reporting system for escalating issues with direct manager.
7. Responsible for setting and achieving retail branches’ sales budget.
8. Manage branches’ finance plans and making sure it’s achievable on monthly basis.
9. Responsible for selecting ops team with high level of qualifications.
10. Responsible for yearly expansion plan.
Qualifications:
1. BCs degree or master’s degree in business management.
2. 5-7 years of experience in the same position.
3. 10-15 year experience in F&B field (preferable a well-known company).
4. Leadership Skills- Ability to motivate, inspire, direct the team to maximize their productivity.
5. Team building, Communication, Business skills.
