SECRETARY

#hiring Secretary

Job description:
-Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
-Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
-Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including staff, clients, and partners.
-Prepare and compile reports, data, and presentations as requested.
-Assist in organizing and coordinating special events and projects.

Requirements:
-Female
-3 to 5 years of experience.
-Very good Microsoft Office.
-Very good English Language.
