ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Job Title: Estimation Engineer/ Tanks

Job Qualifications:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
2- Experience 2-4 years in steel grades, codes and standards,
3- Experience in tanks and equipment components.
4- Microsoft Office Expert.
5- Excellent English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Job Responsibilities:
1- Estimation of Structural Steel, Steel Tanks, Pressure Vessels, piping Spools.
2- Prepare detailed estimates for different projects.
3- Collaborate with the Sales, procurement, operation, project managers, engineering, and other stakeholders to gather information necessary for accurate estimations.
4- Utilize inputs from concerned departments to develop technical proposals.
5- Develop detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
6- Utilize cost databases, historical data, and market analysis to determine accurate pricing for materials and services.
7- Study and interpret Engineering drawings and technical specifications to develop manufacturing process flows.
8- Prepare and present comprehensive cost estimates to project stakeholders, highlighting assumptions, risks, and contingencies.
9- Support technically in the review of design packages and drawings.
10- Preparing the technical and commercial proposal along with the expected schedule.
11- Review estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with a defined scope of work.
