Job Description
Lead the job analysis function and continuous update for the job description for different roles.
§ Work with line managers to clearly define the specifics of the job including the responsibilities, requirements, evaluation parameters, key performance indicators etc.
§ Lead the performance management process, including the annual goal setting, assessment process, and regular feedback sessions.
§ Train employees on performance appraisal tools and follow up for timely completion.
§ Partner with the Training team to assess team capabilities: identify competencies gaps and Training Needs Analysis.
§ Work closely with management and employees to build impactful working relationships, enhance productivity and increase retention.
§ Manage the employee relations issue and assure fair investigation and constructive feedback.
§ Suggest process improvements to help increase efficiency.
§ Manage the development of HR Policies and Procedures that support the company’s objectives.
§ Development and implementation of an Employee Handbook and suggest any needed amendments.
§ Advise employees regarding human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
§ Post Graduate studies in Management is desired.
§ 7+ years’ in HR business partnering experience.
§ Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines to include, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and employment laws.
§ Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is highly preferred.
§ Previous experience in designing and implementing HR Policies and Procedures.
§ Previous experience in Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, and Setting KPI’s.
