SITE ENGINEER

Zicaza is looking for Site Engineer for immediate hiring:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities
– Receive site from client and confirm site readiness before starting work
– Receive the units from the storekeeper on delivery
– Prepare and follow up on Material inspection request and deliver to client’s Quality engineer
– Manage the installation teams in site
– Prepare inspection request report for what has been installed
– Attend the site handing over with the consultant and Installation technician to follow up and repair what is necessary during handing over
– Prepare primary takeover certificate for project delivery stages
– Prepare final takeover certificate at the end of project
– Follow up on the Interim payment certificate signed from the site engineer with required completion rates (Quality Survey)

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degree (Civil or Architectural Engineering)
Computer Skills: Sketch up – Auto cad – Microsoft office – Microsoft projects – primavera is a plus
Experience: 2 – 4 years same title
Strong communication skills
