Job Purpose:

• Responsible for securing data and information by protecting IT systems, and by keeping computer systems and network devices resilient against all forms of cyber-attacks.

Job Responsabilities:

• Manage penetration testing of both applications and infrastructure
• Perform susceptibility scans and manage the resolution of threats
• Assess Software as a Service (SaaS) products for security compliance
• Deploy, manage and maintain all security systems and their corresponding or associated software, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, cryptography systems, and anti-virus software.
• Conduct periodic user access control verifications
• Monitor server logs, firewall logs, intrusion detection logs, and network traffic for unusual or suspicious activity. Interpret activity and make recommendations for resolution.
• Install required security patches and updates for a wide range of applications.
• Assess technical controls and identify areas of improvement
• Conduct systems testing to ensure that critical vulnerabilities become identified
• Recommend, schedule (where appropriate), and apply fixes, security patches, disaster recovery procedures, and any other measures required in the event of a security breach.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field.
• The engineer should have the capability in anti-virus software, interruption recognition, firewalls, and content filters.
• They should know threat assessment tools, skills, and procedures.
• Proficiency in planning secure networks, computer systems, and application architectures.
• Plan for disaster rescue, system tools, expertise, and techniques.
• Preparation, investigating, and increasing security policies, criteria, and ways.
• The system management, assisting several platforms and applications.
• Skilled with cellular code, malicious code, and anti-virus software.
• They should be able to maintain the log system for various kinds of cyber-attacks on the organizational network.
• They should use endpoint security solutions, comprising file integrity monitoring and data loss avoidance They should facilitate the organization with the secure cloud computing platform.
