HR GENERALIST

Al Mashariq Group is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join its growing team. As an HR Specialist, you will have important responsibilities in managing various HR functions and acting as a key point of contact between employees and management.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate interviews, making sure to communicate promptly with candidates and interviewers.
Serve as a contact point for employees, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Keep employee records and databases up to date, making sure that information is accurate and confidential.
Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring that all necessary documents are collected and processed.
Assist in preparing and distributing HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and company policies.
Work with the HR team to set up and manage employee benefits programs, including medical insurance and other perks.
Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records, ensuring that employees are adhering to company policies and regulations.
Stay updated on HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations, and suggest improvements when needed.
Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of Previous experience in a similar role.
Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using HR software and databases.
High level of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
