SENIOR SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST

We’re looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist at ITOUS Security by Organi Group with the below responsibilities & requirements:

1. Receiving the purchased materials, ensuring they comply with the specifications, and then delivering them to the warehouse.
2. Monitor stock and inventory levels and determine purchase needs.
3. Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
4. Match the supplier purchasing order with the warehouse’s additional permissions and make sure that it’s aligned with the original invoice.
5. Revise Supplier’s and Clients’ contract terms as necessary and ensure they comply with legal requirements and company policies.
6. Creating a database of invoices, purchase orders, quote requests, and vendor or supplier contracts, and updating it as needed.
7. Tracking and maintaining the status of service provided to clients, reporting any service delivery issues to concerned parties, and deducting any mismatching service from the supplier final invoice.

– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant field.
– 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant position.
– SAP user (Preferred)
