2. rocurement Engineer :
 - Responsible for sourcing and procuring construction materials, equipment, and services.
 - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers are essential.

3. Cost Control Engineer :
 - Responsible for monitoring project costs, analyzing budgets, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
 - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
