 Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
-Strong proficiency in Excel, accounting software, and financial analysis tools
-Excellent knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) 
-Experience with financial reporting requirements and regulations
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines
-Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a high level of accuracy
-Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
-Experience in the banking industry is a plus
