Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Minimum of [7] years of practical experience in HVAC.
Relevant HVAC certifications and a strong educational background in HVAC systems.
Teaching Skills:

Proven ability to convey technical concepts effectively to students with diverse learning styles.
Experience in adult education or vocational training is a plus.
Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students through effective communication.
