Job Description:
Business oriented (Forecast, Capacity alignment, Utilization
Responsible of achieving quarterly revenue target and
hours target based on company’s strategy
Big escalations handling beside the team leads
Still responsible of the PMs as he/she is the RDC region lead
Interacts with team on a regular basis
Responsible for retaining high potential talent
Monitors Team lead’s performance and provides ongoing
feedback to them
Responsible of establishing team goals and ensuring goals
are met.
Facilitates each individual's development by and not limited to- enabling employees to participate in one-on-one, on-
the-job, classroom, and computer-based trainings
Responsible of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
Monitors the Development of score cards and performance indicators to review PMs Performance per quarter
Conduct performance appraisals for the team leads, rate their performance and handle promotions & raises for team members
Acts as the primary conduit for organizational and corporate communication
Ensures team is aware of ongoing initiatives or upcoming changes by holding regular team meetings and answers questions
Maintains level of readiness to support delivery of customer engagements (skilled/trained workforce, strong partner relations)
Monitoring of the quality of deliverables and proactively taking corrective actions if and when needed
Monitoring of the quality of operations through measurable KPIs and proactively taking corrective actions if and when needed
Accountable for their team's forecasted billable targets
Engages on resource management related tasks whenever needed to ensure high effectiveness and optimization of resources' utilization
Proactively spots opportunities for growth and development and takes the right measures/actions accordingly including introducing new ideas, policies and procedures

Fluency in English is a must, other languages are preferred to have
