Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Engineer. The Senior Technical Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring clients receive quality services. The Senior Technical Engineer will also be responsible for project management.

Requirements:

A thorough understanding of cyber security solution - design, document, implement for SMB and enterprise architecture.

In-depth knowledge experience and ability to implementation complex solution and troubleshooting for this vendor, Sophos, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Kaspersky, Cisco, HPE.

Solid experience knowledge for VMware, Veeam, Microsoft, 3CX

Proven experience as a Senior Engineer with expertise in Cyber Security Products.

Strong understanding of network and infrastructure technologies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Ensure that solution meets all requirements of quality, security, extensibility, etc.

Relevant certifications will be considered a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
