Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the field of interior design, preferably in turnkey projects.
In-depth knowledge of interior design materials, finishes, construction techniques, and relevant building codes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and other relevant tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure project success.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
Must have a car.
