Technical office engineer for Flex Group

Flex Group is hiring an experienced technical office engineer.
Job Description: 
- Studying the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
-High ability to produce working drawings and bill of quantity.
- Have cost control ability.
- Prepare quantity surveys and executive graphic extracts for projects.
- Invoices responsible for preparing invoices check sub-contractor invoices, deal with the main consultant.
- Submitting site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
- Job Requirements :-
- Architecture engineer is a must.
- minimum experience of 5 years. 
- Very good communication skills
- Skilled in time management & decision making
-3D-max, Autocad, and Shop drawing strong knowledge
