Senior Planning Engineer

- Bachelor's Degree (Civil or Architecture Engineering)
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Construction companies.
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience as a planning Engineer.

Planning Engineer
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
- Bachelor's Degree (Civil or Architecture Engineering)
- Minimum 04 Years of Experience in Construction companies.
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience as a planning Engineer

Job Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in civil / Arch. Engineering is required
· Participate in the master schedule and the construction methodology
· Create a detailed project baseline schedule
· Implementing Cost and resource loading for a detailed schedule
· Preparing Procurement and shop drawing plans
· Performing insight data analysis update schedule periodically
· Preparing and updating periodic reports
· Monitors site performance reports/analysis
· Experience in delay analysis with different techniques
· Responsible for preparing Extension of time Claims EOT
· Participate in the site budgeting process
· Excellent communication skills are required
· Excellent in English language written and spoken
· Proficiency with planning and scheduling software (primavera is preferred)

Note:
· Previous experience with a contractor firm is preferred
· Our Projects are located in different areas of Egypt
