Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in health and safety management within the garment industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of local health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage employees at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and develop practical solutions.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH) is preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
