Quantity Surveyor for multinational construction company

Urgently needed Quantity Surveyor for multinational construction company meets the following : 
1- BA of Civil engineering or mechanical engineering 
2- Minimum 5 years of experience 
2-. Prepares MEP calculations for HVAC drawings, plumbing, piping and small substation and electrical works.
3.- Design change requirements, including but not limited to piping, plumbing, firefighting design
4- Experience in MEP design detailing is essential
