What We Offer

Set the yearly strategy for the specific Modern Trade Channel Lead Sales and Merchandiser teams to achieve the set KPIs through strong leadership Manage customer negotiations for yearly contracts Initiate new planograms based on customers clustering and shopper needs Ensure excellent execution of promo calendar and visibility plans Protect and grow Henkel business with customers, this will involve the creation of strategic account plans by brand and planning Top Line and Bottom Line achievements Manage and guide the Business Development teams to identify and attract opportunities across the clusters in the Modern Trade channel

Who We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant study Minimum 5 years of experience in Modern Trade, preferably in an FMCG Leadership and negotiation skills Fluency in English Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
