- MEP Site Engineers with 4+ years of experience
· Proficiency in reading architectural and mechanical design signs.
· Preparing executive drawings (Built-As) and shop drawings.
·  Supervising the work of contractors and directing the work in accordance with the technical description and industry principles.
· Giving directions to mechanical supervisors and technicians to take occupational health and safety measures.
· Supervising the implementation of external and internal networks, pump rooms, stalagmites, sanitary, fire, swimming pools and lakes.
· Preparing an inventory of raw materials from design plates, creating requests to purchase raw materials and obtaining approval from the implementation manager.
· Inspecting and following up on the disbursement of raw materials to contractors.
· Handing over the executed works and issuing contractors’ disbursement extracts.
