BIM Mechanical Team Leader for SUS Builders

SUS Builders is currently looking for candidates for the following positions:
● BIM Mechanical Team Leader (SUS_MT)
Job Description :
• Participate in the designs of the mechanical disciplines (HVAC, plumbing and Firefighting), both CAD and RIVIT.
• Lead, monitor and inspire a team of junior engineers involved in design and shop drawing of projects with different sizes.
• Work closely with Project managers to understand project objectives and timelines.
• Prepare the project specifications and bill of quantities.
Main Requirements:
• (5-7 years) Of Experience.
• Excellent knowledge of English or fluent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good computer skills, such as MS Office, AutoCAD and Revit.
• Preferred for 1st Settlement residents.
