Responsibilities:
-Plan, organize, and manage the hospital's cost accounting activities.
-Analyze and report on cost variances, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
-Monitor and control costs by implementing cost-saving measures and optimizing resource allocation.
-Conduct regular cost audits to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
-Proven work experience as a Cost Accountant 1-3 years.
-Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and techniques.
-Proficient in cost accounting software and MS Excel.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis.
