Service Quality and Warranty Engineer for Miraco

Miraco (Carrier, Midea and Toshiba) is hiring:
"Service Quality and Warranty Engineer".

Key Responsibilities:-
1. Monitor and analyze warranty claims to identify trends, patterns, and recurring issues.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product quality, engineering, manufacturing, and customer service to investigate product failures and quality issues.
3. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to reduce warranty claims and enhance product reliability.
4. Conduct service procedures inspections and audits to assess compliance with service quality standards and specifications.
5. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of warranty processes, procedures, and findings.
6. Provide technical support to customers and service technicians to diagnose and resolve product issues.
7. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of service technicians.
8. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality and warranty performance.
9. Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to service quality and warranty management.

Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in power mechanical\electrical engineering or a related field. 
- Previous experience in after-sales service of HVAC\home appliances, warranty engineering, or related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Solid understanding of quality management principles, tools, and techniques.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or technical support environment is preferred.
