Senior Accountant - AP | Real Estate
Job Brief
This is a full-time on-site role for a senior AP
Accountant specializing in Real Estate.
Responsible for managing and overseeing the payables,
ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices,
expenses, and payments. This role involves
collaboration with internal departments, vendors, and
other stakeholders to maintain financial accuracy and
compliance.
Job Description
• Manage day-to-day operations of the AP Section.
• Perform day to day financial transactions, posting and
recording accounts payable data.
• Review invoices and requisitions for payment
approval.
• Manage all Payment vendors within the due date.
• Follow up and review the prepaid expense and accrual
expense.
• Develop implements and maintains systems,
procedures, and policies, including accounts payable
functions controlling aspects to ensure adherence to
company guidelines.
• Ensure an accurate & timely month, quarter & year-end
closing providing all necessary regular & irregular
management reports.
• Handle vendor inquiries and communicate efficiently.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior Accounts Payable.
• Experience in Real Estate is a must.
• 5: 6 years of experience in Accounts Payable
management.
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial and
accounting principles and laws.
• Experience with calculation of brokers commission.
• BSc in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office.
• Proficient user of finance software. ERP.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal
abilities.
