Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Engineer at RPT located in El Obour. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to clients, assisting in the presales process, integrating solutions, ensuring security measures, and delivering excellent customer service. The Presales Engineer will work closely with the sales team and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored engineering solutions.
