Mechanical Senior Site Engineer for Energya Steel Fabrication Co.

Energya Steel Fabrication Co. is currently seeking a Mechanical Senior Site Engineer to join their team.
 
Job Description:
 
- Understanding and implementing plans outlined in project drawings, often created by CAD software.
- Guiding the construction and installation of mechanical and steel structure components, ensuring they meet project specifications. 

- Conducting and overseeing tests on machine components to ensure they operate correctly, diagnosing and fixing any issues that arise. 

- Delegating tasks to team members such as subcontractors, laborers, and technicians, and ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget 

- Possessing a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, with proficiency in relevant software and understanding of regulatory requirements. 

- Ability to diagnose problems and find effective solutions, particularly concerning mechanical malfunctions and steel structure.
- Effective communication with team members, other engineers, technicians, and project stakeholders to ensure clarity and progress.
- Ensuring all mechanical and steel structure works comply with relevant safety standards and regulations, including conducting quality assurance audits when necessary.
- Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor sites, and adapt to changing conditions and requirements.
 
Job Specification:
- BSc in Mechanical Power Engineering with a professional engineer license preferred.
- 5 years experience in the construction field with the following requirements as a must:

1. Mechanical equipment installations especially in the chain & belt conveyors and bucket elevators.

2. Steel structure installations. 

- Generate a lifting plan for all the mechanical and steel liftings.
- Revise the drawings and be aware of all details.
- Very good in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Can make QS and invoices.
- Preferably to have a background in using Tekla software.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools,
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
