Project Control Engineer for Saudi Firmness

Saudi Firmness is actively looking for a Project Control Engineer with the following responsibilities: (immediate hiring)

➢ Job Requirements:-
- ARAMCO's previous experience with the procedure is preferable.
- Ensures that all aspects of a construction project are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Work closely with the project manager to develop and implement systems and procedures to help the project stay on track and within budget.
- Monitor progress against the project schedule and budget.
- Identify and resolve issues that could impact the project’s success
- Prepare reports for project stakeholders detailing progress, risks, and issues
- Develop cost-saving recommendations for the project team
- Have strong analytical skills and be able to think strategically.
- Excellent communication with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and senior managers.
- Developing and preparing project schedules using Primavera P6, knowing how to recover and revise the schedule if needed.
- Delay analysis knowledge
- Variation order knowledge
- Technical writing (e-mails, letters, change orders, VI, … other)
- Monitoring budgets, and cost management systems
- Monitoring project performance and progress and providing regular updates to project managers and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
- must understand Project Management, Cost Engineering, Schedule Engineering, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Risk Management principles.
Education and Experience:
- Mechanical Engineer.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Capable of working virtually.
- Saudi residents and Egypt both locations are required.
