Architect Design Engineer for Assaf Group Egypt

We are hiring Architect Design Engineer
Requirements:
BSc. of Architecture.
From 5 to 10 Years Experience.
Computer skills:
Auto CAD & Revit
3D visualization (3D Max - V ray)
Graphic design, Rhino, Grasshopper is a plus.
Language skills:
Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills.
Job Knowledge:
1- Experience of Tender drawing.
2- Experience of all phases and aspect of a project.
3-Experience of design and Innovated techniques, tools, and principles.
4- Experience of Design, develop, create projects, timely and sustainable manner.
5- Experience of design standards, Materials ,Arch styles.
6- Experience of Arch viz ,render and visualization.
7- Experience of all phases and aspect of a project.
Some of Responsibilities:
1- Performs original design, sketches and ideas on developing designs.
2- Compiling Design masses, Arch styles, etc.
3- Preparation of plans exterior & interior buildings.
4- Preparation of design visualization accordance with contracts and customer requests.
5- Preparation of design development.
6- Preparation of exterior & interior buildings.
Work Conditions:
Employment Type: Full-time.
Work locations: Cornish El-Nile, Maadi, Cairo.
Work Hours: 8 Hours (In Ramadan 6 Hours).
Days off: Friday & Saturday.
