FF&E for Allure Interior Design

Allure Interior Design is now hiring *"FF&E"* :
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in high-end Interior finishes.
*The focus will be the FF&E designer:*
* Sourcing, production and documentation of FF&E and interior finishes aspects of interior design projects
* Specifies materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall and floor finishes and sanitary fittings
* Creates practical, realistic mood boards incorporating design and material selection
* Prepares FF&E data sheet, tender documents and BOQ.
* Work with and under the supervision of project team leaders.
*Work responsibilities:*
* Assist the project team in sourcing, sampling, and budgeting for FF&E designs
* Assist the project team in documenting FF&E design on a variety of project types
* Assist the project team in producing presentation materials and in coordinating FF&E designs with vendors and other resources
* Assist the project team in selecting, coordinating, and documenting interior architectural finishes
