Cost Control for Ateb Group

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Cost Analyst at ATEB group- Contrack  in Alexandria, Egypt. The Construction Cost Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and controlling construction costs, managing cost accounting, and providing financial insights. The role involves working closely with the engineering team, project managers, and finance department to ensure cost efficiency and effective budget management.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills, Cost Control, and Cost Management
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong ability to analyze complex data, interpret engineering designs, and solve technical problems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
High level of accuracy in reviewing technical documents and managing multiple project aspects
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and other engineering tools.
