Senior Architecture Technical Office Engineer for Novi Designs & Finishing

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architecture Technical Office Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Senior Architecture Technical Office Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to architectural and interior design, as well as providing technical support in the office. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and engineers, to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mixed-use & Megaprojects.
- Proficient in 3DMAX, V-RAY, CORONA, LUMION, PHOTOSHOP, and related programs with a portfolio showcasing previous projects.
- Experience leading junior team members and delivering successful projects.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction industry standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in written and spoken English is required
Experience in managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
